The “You Da Dad” Calendar has helped my husband become the father and husband God is creating him to be!

Other “page a day” calendars I had given my husband in the past were well-stocked with unused sheets by the end of the year. I had hoped things might be different with your calendar, and wouldn’t you know, I was right! He actually used it!! I still have the page where he wrote three things that he appreciates me for. I keep it in my jewelry box, because it means so much to me. He has always been a great husband, but his understanding and patience with the children could use a little work. Your calendar has helped him in that department. He has requested a calendar for 2008, and believe me, he’ll have one! Now, if you could only get him to stop snoring, he’d be just about perfect…..

I almost forgot to order this year’s calendar. Yikes! It wouldn’t be Christmas without it. My husband EXPECTS to find it under the tree every year. He loves it! Thank you for your awesome ministry.

Here are some customer reviews from Amazon.com

    - The “You ‘da Dad” calendar was one of the best gifts I received this past year. Humor, wit, truthfulness, random information, and most importantly, timely fathering advice, combine to make every day’s page delightfully unpredictable. And more often than not, there is something written on the day’s page that prompts me to take care of my family in a small but important way that I would not have otherwise done. I don’t follow through with even half of the suggestions, but the ones I did do were incredibly rewarding. It’s a great daily dose of help and encouragement that every dad needs! ~ David

    - This calendar is packed full of great ideas for fathers and husbands. It is a great reminder that our families are our most treasured possessions. I have many of the daily pages taped to my office wall as reminders of the things I should really be focusing on.

Not only do I look forward to seeing this in my own stocking each Christmas, I have even begun to start giving to other dads I know as gifts. ~ Alan

    - My wife has given me this calendar for the last two years and I sure hope she makes it three! Todd does a great job of mixing encouragement, humility, fun ideas, and interesting trivia into this product. It will make your man a better dad and husband. Pretty inexpensive gift for all that, don’t you think? ~ Father of 10

    - In the past three years I have had a cartoon calendar (2006), a sill space movie calendar (2007), and a “You Da Dad” daily calendar (2008) on my desk. The other calendars NEVER gave me any useful information. The other calendars never helped me have a better marriage. The other calendars never gave me ideas for stuff that I could do with my kids. The “You Da Dad” calendar WILL do all these things and more. It’s helpful, but not preachy. I’ll be giving it as a gift this year to some of my friends, and I sincerely hope my wife hooks me up with the calendar again! ~ Kevin

    - I got my first You Da’ Dad calendar two years ago and I wouldn’t think of getting any other. Some days the thought is comical, others are inspirational, and every day is motivational. There are days when Todd gives you a little trivia nugget that makes me think, “I can’t wait to wow my kids with this one!” I REALLY appreciate the days when it reminds me to pray about something that I’ve been neglecting. If you’re a dad (or a mom looking for a great stocking stuffer — hint, hint) this calendar is a must have for the office desk. It’s very presence is a constant reminder of who you are.. YOU DA’ DAD!!! ~ Simon

    - Todd’s humor and wit mixed with his geniune desire to encourage dads everywhere, makes this calender a great tool and reminder for the rest of us, not so perfect dads, to keep loving our families. I look foward to “next year’s model”, every year and have yet to be disappointed. Keep ‘em coming Todd ! ~ Russ

    - The You ‘da Dad calendar is chock full of great ideas/encouragment for dads! I’ve only had mine for the last half of 2008, and I’m looking forward to 2009. This is the first item I told my wife for a stocking stuffer idea (I think she’s already gotten it for me)! ~ Ed

    - The You ‘da Dad daily desk calendar has been on my desk three years in a row now. I also purchase it for my best friends. I look forward to each day to see what bits of wisdom or hilarity I’ll find. We dads need all the encouragement and support we can get and I’m thankful for Todd and how God is using him to inspire all of us to be “‘da Dad!” ~ Bob

    - I just purchased for my husband our third calendar. My kids and I have notes tucked up on our desks and in our drawers. My husband comes home from work and shares them with us. My husband says that it is full of things he thinks of doing but forgets. Or thinks of doing but it’s too late. It also encourages him along the Dad journey. Todd Wilson the author is very real and candid with the dads. He makes mistakes too but encourages all that they can be the best dad they can be. I buy these for guys in the family too. Basicaly, it is page a day calendar that reminds guys of Valentine’s Day, having kid days, to write notes to the wife and kids, and it is also full of funny facts. It is a must buy. ~ DB

    - My wife Susan bought me this calendar last year and I have truly loved it!!! Everday is filled with great thoughts and ideas. It has really made me a better Dad. This is a must have gift for ever Dad. ~ Greg

I bought this for my husband last year and it is pulling double duty!! He loved it and put it on his desk at work. Since he’s the boss, he has many men stop by his office/desk in the course of the day. Not only has he gotten comments about his calendar but some have even left suggestions back to him based on what was on the calendar that day. I bought this for my husband never dreaming the impact it and he could have on his work place. Thanks. I’m getting another one this year!!

Just wanted to let you know that I have been ordering your calendars since 2007 and am so glad to know that you continue to publish them. I think my husband would sit by the Christmas tree and pout if he didn’t get one each year! Keep up the good work :)

Maybe your wife would come up with a You Da Wife (or Mom) calendar. I could use some help, too. :o)
