It seems just about every day someone points me to a video on YouTube that is either funny, enlightening or spiritually uplifting. I would like to know what videos you have seen on YouTube that you have enjoyed.
I am fairly new to YouTube and I am wondering if there is a way to set up a filter when searching for videos. Any advice?
For example, my kids and I where looking for cat videos. Well... not all the results are for our feline friends. And even when I select a feline video some of the content was not family friendly. Is there a way to set up a "G" rated filter?
Unfortunately, I haven't found one. There are videos that are flagged as inappropriate for those under age, but there is still plenty readily available stuff to offend the conscientious family.

These guys are awesome, both personally and professionally. If they're ever in your area, go to their concert!
Some may find that they do not care for the music, it is contemporary christian. But the message is a good one, shows how sin can keep you away and seperates you from GOD. So look past the music, if you have to turn it down but it is a good video, especially if you are trying to show your teenager how sin does what it does.
Hands up all of you that remember the TV show Growing pains. Well Mike Seaver (Kirk Cameron also from the left behind movies) the son in the show got Born Again at the hight of his TV career and now runs around America with an equally crazy New Zealander Ray Comfort, a camera crew and witnesses live and teaches with these videos on line. really quite cool.
The first time I showed that to my kids, they said it was so cute ! Since somehow it seemed that they all used to find their way into the master-bathroom , every morning, I told them that I was going to start to do that, every morning ... ! Problem solved. Haven't seen them in my bathroom for weeks at the time... ;-)
